Biology background

Define the problem of GRN for computer scientists

Implementation with code

Closing remarks

This is a rather high-level understanding for the gene regulatory networks construction and analysis, which gives a pretty good flavor for people who are interested in studying such complex system. This project aims to be a systematic one, and each topic involved can be much more explored. While integrating both biology and computer science (and sometimes a bit maths), we admit that the GRN is truly a complicated problem, but we also see a lot of opportunities for improvement. This write-up may contain some error or lack in some documentation, which can be further maintained after the project submission.
